#299 - Why do I have to pass This Week??

Well, unfortunately, finally, starting next week (12th March 2007), I'm gonna have to have my UTS Examinations (Mid-Term Tests) this semester, which also means that I have passed through half of this semester.

But, the question is: "why do I have to pass this week (one week before the UTS) first??". Well, why do this question come up?? Arrrggghhh.... . Take a look at my lectures-schedule this week:

Monday: no quiz, no homework
Tuesday: 2 quiz, 3 homeworks to submit
Wednesday: no quiz, no homework
Thursday: 1 quiz, 2 homeworks to submit
Friday: 1 quiz, 1 homework to submit

Even though on Monday and Wednesday it seems that those days are free, but they are NOT!! On Monday, I have to finish one homework which will be submitted the next day. The other 2 Tuesday homeworks have been finished this weekend... :( Plus, on Monday I also have to prepare myself for the quiz. So, Monday will also be a full college-day, starting at 8 AM until 3 PM. Later in the evening, I still have to study for the 2 upcoming quiz... :(

A similar thing will also occur on Wednesday. Even though officially I have 4 hrs free (11 AM until 3 PM), but I'm gonna have to finish my homework for Thursday. Well, actually I have answered one hardest question of the homework, he3... :)

Next weekend, hmmm, it's not that free I think since after that weekend, the 2 weeks of UTS starts and I have to be a lot more serious since this semester is a lot harder than the previous.

Arrrggghhh, why the week before UTS is this full and hard??? :(

O yea, talking about American Idol last week, hmmm... . The guys were a lot better, and the gals were still great (Lakisha was better the week before, Melinda Doolittle was the best). Apparently, they who got voted off were: Alaina Alexander (yea, she was one of the worst), Leslie Hunt (she was not that bad, but even if she stayed, this week is gonnabe rough for her), Nick Pedro (not a surprise), and AJ Tabaldo (whatta!! He was good and actually deserves to be in the top 12!! Hmmm...). Antonella Barba and Sanjaya Malakar who were weak in the first 2 weeks are still there, hmm.... . If I have the authority to pick the top 12 (6 guys and 6 gals), based on their first two performances, my picks are: Lakisha Jones, Melinda Doolittle, Sabrina Sloans, Stephanie Edwards, Jordin Sparks, and Gina Glocksen / Haley Scarnato (I think they were pretty neck to neck) >> gals; Chris Richardson, Blake Lewis, Sundance Head, Chris Sligh, Phil Stacey, and Jarred Cotter >> guys.

Haduh, sayangnya, akhirnya, mulai minggu depan (12 Maret 2007), aku akan mengikuti Ujian Tengah Semesterku untuk semester ini, yang juga berarti bahwa aku sudah melewati setengah dari semester ini.

Tapi, pertanyaannya kan: "kenapa koq aku harus melalui minggu ini (satu minggu sebelum UTS) dulu sih??". Hhh, kenapa pertanyaan ini muncul?? Arrrggghhh.... . Lihat deh jadwal kuliah saya minggu ini:

Senin: nggak ada kuis, nggak ada PR
Selasa: 2 kuis, 3 PR untuk dikumpulin
Rabu: nggak ada kuis, nggak ada PR
Kamis: 1 kuis, 2 PR untuk dikumpulin
Jumat: 1 kuis, 1 PR untuk dikumpulin

Walaupun hari Senin dan Rabu sepertinya nyantai / bebas, tapi sebenarnya ENGGAK loh!! Di hari Senin, aku harus menyelesaikan satu PR yang akan dikumpulkan keesokannya. Dua PR lainnya udah aku selesaikan wiken ini sih... :( Ditambah, di hari Senin aku juga harus mempersiapkan diri dong untuk kuisnya entar. Jadi, Senin akan jadi hari kuliah yang penuh, dari jam 8 pagi sampe jam 3 sore. Sorenya nanti, aku juga harus belajar kan untuk 2 kuis yang akan datang... :(

Hal yang mirip juga akan terjadi pada Rabu-nya. Walaupun secara resmi aku punya 4 jam kosong (jam 11 sampe jam 3 sore), aku akan menggunakannya untuk menyelesaikan PR untuk haru Kamis. Hmm, sebenernya aku dah ngejawab satu soal yang paling susah sih dari PRnya, he3... :)

Wiken depan, hmm, kayanya nggak sebebas itu deh soale habis wiken, 2 minggu UTS akan dimulai dan aku harus lebih serius lagi soale semester ini lebih berat nih daripada yang sebelumnya.

Arrrggghhh, kenapa sih satu minggu sebelum UTS harus sepenuh dan seberat ini??? :(

O iya, ngomong2 tentang American Idol minggu kemarin, hmm... . Yang laki-laki jauh lebih baik, dan yang perempuan masih bagus-bagus (Lakisha masih bagusan minggu sebelumnya sih, dan Melinda Doolittle yang terbaik tuh). Ternyata, mereka yang tereliminasi adalah: Alaina Alexander (yup, dia emang salah satu yang terjelek tuh), Leslie Hunt (dia nggak jelek2 amat sih sebenernya, tapi kalaupun dia bertahan minggu ini, minggu ini akan jadi berat banget untuk dia), Nick Pedro (nggak kaget tuh), dan AJ Tabaldo (Apa!! Dia kan bagus dan berhak tuh masuk 12 besar!! Hmmm...). Antonella Barba dan Sanjaya Malakar yang lemah di 2 minggu pertama ini, masih bertahan tuh, hmm.... . Kalo aku punya kewenangan untuk memilih 12 besarnya (6 laki-laki dan 6 perempuan), berdasarkan 2 penampilan perdana mereka, pilihanku adalah: Lakisha Jones, Melinda Doolittle, Sabrina Sloans, Stephanie Edwards, Jordin Sparks, dan Gina Glocksen / Haley Scarnato (menurutku mereka agak ketat nih) >> perempuan; Chris Richardson, Blake Lewis, Sundance Head, Chris Sligh, Phil Stacey, dan Jarred Cotter >> laki-laki.
