A Long Monday

This monday was a long and exhausting day for me. I got up at 5.45 AM and then did my routinity and then went to school. At school today I had a preparation of math. In the next two months, high school students will have a final examination, and to prepare us, our teacher decided to give us several tests. It was not very hard actually but I was careless doing it and because of that I made some silly mistakes... (that's okay, but in the real exam I will not do that!!!). Our school ended at 13.35 PM and then I went back home.

Next Wednesday we will have the last lab work in biology. We will do a fruit fermentation (we can choose which kind fruit we want to fermentize (we won't fermentize the fruit actually but the fruit's liquid, so we have to squeeze the fruit and boil it before starting the work)). This is a group work. Our first problem is: which kind of fruit we will choose. We don't have time anymore, and because of that this afternoon we went to Carrefour at Plaza Ambarrukmo again (this is becoming my favorite place I think, LOL) to look for fruits.

First, my friend suggested to choose grape (so we will make wine). I said okay and we went to the fruits sector. We found the grape and it cost Rp 23.000,oo / half a kilo. We have to make 1 liter and because of that at least we need 2 kg of fruits. So, if we chose wine, we had to pay Rp. 92.000,oo just to buy the fruits. Then, we just threw out grape from our list. Then, finally we chose oranges. It cost Rp 37.250,oo / 2.2 kg.

After getting the fruits, we just walked around the mall. Then I bought some new PC Games' CDs. At 5 PM we had dinner at Pizza Hut until 6.15 PM. After that we went back home. At home I played the game and surfed the net.

Hari Senin ini adalah hari yan panjang dan bikin capek buat aku. Aku bangun jam 5.45 pagi trus melakukan rutinitasku trus berangkat ke sekolah. Di sekolah hari ini ada persiapan matematika. Dalam 2 bulan ke depan, murid-murid SMA bakalan mengikuti ujian akhir nasional, dan untuk mempersiapkan kami, guruku memutuskan untuk ngasih beberapa tes ke kita. Nggak susah-susah banget sih sebenernya, cuma masalahnya aku nggak teliti waktu ngerjain dan ngebuat beberapa kesalahan konyol.... (nggak papa sih, yang penting kan pas ujian yang beneran aku nggak ngelakuin itu). Sekolah selesai jam 13.35 sore trus aku pulang..

Hari Rabu besok kita bakalan ada kerjaan lab untuk biologi yang terakhir. Kita akan ngelakuin fermentasi buah (kita bebas mau milih buah apaan buat difermentasi (kita nggak akan memfermentasi buahnya sebenernya, tapi cairannya, jadi kita harus memeras sama merebus sebelum memulai kerjaannya)). Ini adalah kerjaan kelompok. Masalah pertama kelompokku adalah: buah apa yang bakalan kita pakai. Kita dah nggak ada waktu lagi, jadi karena itu siang tadi kami pergi ke Carrefour di Plaza Ambarrukmo (kayaknya sih tempat ini menjadi tempat favoritku deh, LOL) untuk nyari buah.

Pertamanya temenku nyaranin untuk memilih anggur (jadi kita akan membuat minuman anggur). Aku bilang oke dan kita pergi ke sektor buah-buahan. Kita akhirnya menemukan anggurnya dan harganya Rp. 23.000,oo / setengah kilo. Kita harus buat 1 liter dan karena itu paling nggak kan kita butuh 2 kilo buah. Jadi, kalo kita milih anggur, kita mesti bayar Rp. 92.000,oo hanya untuk beli buahnya. Trus, makanya kita membuah anggur dari daftar. Akhirnya kita milih jeruk. Harganya Rp. 37.250,oo / 2,2 kilo.

Habis mendapatkan buah, kita jalan-jalan di mall. Aku beli beberapa game komputer yang baru. Jam 5 kita makan di Pizza Hut sampe jam 6.15 sore. Habis itu pulang deh. Trus di rumah aku mainin tuh game sama main internet.

Friday the tenth!!

Today my little toe is still swollen. I think it's worse than I thought.... . Hmmm... . I hope it gets over soon because it's very uncomfortable walking with this swollen toe... :(

This afternoon at 3.30 PM I went to Plaza Ambarrukmo with my friends. I thought it was not as crowded as last Monday (because the street's traffic in front of the mall was okay), but when I entered Carrefour inside, it was VERY crowded. The mall is cool and I think it's the greatest mall that Jogja (and Central Java probably) has ever had. The mall actually hasn't 100% finished yet, only some tenants have started to operate and the other tenants will open soon (probably next June all tenants will have already operated).

After that, we went to Hartz Chicken. Probably some of you know that I don't really like Hartz Chichken, but why did we go there?? The answer is easy: my friend paid that for me... . Ha3... . If it's like that, it's a different story then.... . Then, after having dinner at HC, we went to my house and watched the result show of American Idol. The result apparently really surprised me... . Ayla is out!! What!?!?! I think she deserves to make it to the top 12.... :( However, it's all about voting and if the result says that, what can I do?? At least I still have Katharine and Mandisa in the top 12, he3... :)

Then, my friends copied some mp3s from my computer and at 10.15 they went back home....

Hari ini jari kakiku masih bengkak. Kayaknya sih ternyata lukanya lebih buruk daripada yang aku kira deh... . Hmmm... . Moga-moga lukanya cepet sembuh soalnya nggak enak banget nih jalan dengan jari kaki yang bengkak.... :(

Siang ini jam 3.30 sore aku pergi ke Plaza Ambarrukmo sama temenku. Aku kira nggak serame Senen kemarin soalnya kan jalan di depannya tuh nggak macet, tapi ternyata waktu aku masuk ke Carrefour di dalamnya, ternyata SANGAT ramai. Mallnya keren dan menurutku ini adalah Mall paling bagus yang pernah dimiliki oleh Jogja (dan Jawa Tengah mungkin). Mallnya sebenernya belum 100% selesai, baru beberapa penyewa aja yang sudah mulai beroperasi dan tenants yang lain bakalan beroperasi segera (mungkin besok Juni semuanya sudah beroperasi).

Habis itu, kita pergi ke Hartz Chicken. Mungkin beberapa dari kalian ada yang dah tau kalo aku tuh nggak gitu suka makan di Hartz Chicken, tapi kenapa kita kesana?? Jawabannya tuh gampang banget: temenku mau nraktir... . Ha3... . Kalo begini sih, ceritanya jadi lain donk.... . Trus, habis makan di HC, kita pergi ke rumahku trus nonton Reslut Shownya American Idol. Ternyata hasilnya bener-bener mengagetkan aku.... . Ayla keluar!! Apa!?!?!? Menurutku sih dia berhak loh lanjut ke 12 besar.... :( Tapi bagaimanapun juga ini kan semua tentang voting dan kalo hasilnya berkata begini ya mau gimana lagi?? Paling gak kan masih ada Katharine sama Mandisa di 12 besar, he3... :)

Trus, temenku mengopi beberapa mp3 dari komputerku trus jam 10.15 mereka pulang...

Good and Bad Things came on the same Day

Today, two things from different side came to me and they were just separated a few hours... . Here they are... (I will write the bad thing first because it came to me before the good one)

This morning I got up at 5.50 AM. I was so sleepy just like usual. I walked to the stairs to go downstair and took a bath and unfortunately, when I openned my room's door I didn't notice that I was careless. I didn't walk on the right path and because of that my right little toe hit the wall!!! It was hurt.... :( Ok, because I had to go to school I just restrained that hurt but for the consequence, I walked lamely and slowly (everytime I stepped my right foot, it was hurt). Unfortunately, at school today I had to walk from the other room to another room which are separated pretty far, and I could felt that my toe was swollen. When, I arrived at home and checked it, it's right, it was swollen.... (you can see the pic below).

Then, let's move to the good thing. This morning finally I got my TOEFL test result. It was good fortunately (Thanks God) and my score is 243 (it's a computer based test) and equal to 593 (if it was a paper based test). It's more than enough to fulfil one of the requirement to study in Singapore (the minimum score that I must have is 213 or 550)... :) I hope I also did well on the Entrance Test... . Amen....

Hari ini dua hal yang datang dari dua sisi yang sangat berbeda datang ke aku dan mereka cuma terpisah selama beberapa jam.... . Dan inilah mereka... (aku bakalan nulis yang jelek duluan soalnya yang jelek datengnya juga duluan sih daripada yang bagus)

Pagi ini aku bangun jam 5.50 pagi. Aku ngantuk banget kayak biasanya. Aku lagi jalan ke tangga mau turun untuk mandi dan sayangnya, waktu aku lagi membuka pintu kamarku aku nggak sadar kalo aku nggak hati-hati. Aku nggak berjalan di tempat yang bener dan karena itu jari kelingking kaki kananku nabrak dinding!!! Sakit tuh... :( Ok, karena aku harus pergi ke sekolah, aku menahan rasa sakitnya dan sebagai gantinya, aku jalan dengan pincang dan pelan (setiap kali aku melangkahkan kaki kananku rasanya sakit gitu). Sayangnya, di sekolah hari ini aku harus berjalan dari ruangan yang satu ke ruangan yang lain yang terpisah lumayan jauh juga, dan aku bisa ngerasain kalo jari kakiku bengkak. Trus, waktu aku sampe di rumah dan memeriksanya, ternyata bener, beneran bengkak (bisa dilihat koq gambarnya di atas).

Trus, ngomongin yang bagus ah... . Pagi ini akhirnya aku menerima nilai tes TOEFLku. Untungnya nilainya bagus (Terima Kasih Tuhan...) dan nilaiku 243 (itu tuh tes yang computer based) dan setara dengan 593 (kalo misalnya disetarain sama yang tes paper - based). Itu udah lebih dari cukup untuk memenuhi salah satu persyaratan untuk sekolah di Sungapore (minimalnya tuh 213 atau 550)... :) Moga-moga hasil untuk tes masuknya juga bagus.... . Amin....

It's Monday!!

I won't talk about school today, he3... (since some of you are bored with this topic... :D).

This evening, my friends invited me to come to their birthday party (they are twin, so I say 'they'... :D). Actually it's not a party, it's just like a little celebration. We had dinner at Paparon'z Pizza. I departed at 4.30 PM and unfortunately they were late!! Arrrggghhh.... . They said that it would be at 5.00 PM but in fact we started to eat at 5.45 PM!! However, I was very full today after eating 6 pieces of pizza (it was 'All You can Eat' program). Does it sound so much? Probably yes, but my friend ate 15 pieces!! I think his stomach is made from rubber.... :)

At first we planned to go to Ambarrukmo Plaza today. Yesterday was the soft openning of it and Carrefour started to operate. But, because today is the second day, it was still very very crowded. We cancelled going there and decided to go to Saphir Square. We plane to go there probably next Saturday... . It was my first time going to Saphir. We arrived at Saphir Square at 7.45 PM. Saphir Square still hasn't been finished, the parking lot is still not finished yet (I mean, they haven't painted the wall and tidied it yet) and some stalls are still close (the first floor is still not operated yet), so when we go there right now, we can only go to the ground and basement floor. There we went to Diamond Supermarket and Oh La La cafe. We left Saphir at 8.50 PM, then we went back home.

IAku nggak akan bicara tentang sekolah hari ini, he3.... (soalnya kan beberapa dari kalian bosen sama topik ini... :D).

Sore ini, temenku mengundang aku ke ulang tahunnya mereka (mereka tuh kembar, jadi aku bilangnya 'mereka'... :D). Sebenernya bukan pesta sih, lebih ke perayaan biasa. Kita makan di Paparon'z Pizza. Aku berangkat jam 4.30 sore dan sayangnya mereka telat!! Arrrggghhh.... . Mereka ngomong kalo bakalan jam 5 sore, tapi kenyataannya baru makan jam 5.45 sore!! Aku kenyang banget hari ini habis makan 6 potong pizza (tadi tuh program yang 'All You can Eat'). Kedengaran banyak kah? Mungkin, tapi ada seorang temenku yang makan 15 potong tadi!! Kayaknya perutnya dari karet tuh... :)

Trus pertamanya kita ngerencanain mau ke Plaza Ambarrukmo hari ini. Kemarin kan soft openningnya dan Carrefour mulai beroperasi. Tapi, karena ini baru hari kedua, tadi tuh rameee banget. Jadinya batal deh pergi kesana dan akhirnya malah ke Saphir Square. Kita ngerencanain kesana mungkin besok Sabtu... . Ini pertama kalinya aku ke Saphir. Kita sampe di Saphir Square jam 7.45 malem. Saphir masih belum diselesaiin, misalnya tempat parkirnya masih belum selesai (mereka masih belum ngecet atau ngerapiin) dan beberapa toko masuk tutup (bahkan lantai satu masih belum beroperasi), jadi kalo kita kesana sekarang, kita cuma bisa pergi ke lantai dasar atau ke basement. Disana kita pergi ke Supermarket Diamond dan Kafe Oh La La. Kita ninggalin Saphir jam 8.50 malem, trus pulang.

My Dreams

Actually I get a homework from Wina a.k.a Mamanyazaki to write about 5 of my dreams here... . Ok, and here they are (note: probably I like to say them as wishes better than dreams, he3... :D)

1. Having satisfying tests result and studying at the university where I really want to study at

Just like what I have already written here, some weeks ago I had Entrance Tests and also a TOEFL test. Until today, I still haven't received the result yet (actually I will receive the results on the late March or early April, for my TOEFL score probably next week...) and hopefully I make it.... :)

Well, this probably can be categorized as a short term dream, LOL.... :) :) :)

2. Doing My Dreamjob

My dreamjob right now is being a succesful businessman. I don't know why but I think I love this kind of job (working in business). I hope someday I will make it comes true... .

Talking about my dreamjob, I feel pretty lucky about this. Why? Because I found this (what I really wannabe) about 2 or 3 years ago. Then, when most of my friends felt confused about this (because we have already been in high school and we have to continue to university, so we have to make a choice about our dreamjob), I didn't feel that because I had already found that... :)

3. Having a happy life

This is probably a standart dream. Of course everybody wants a happy life, and as a normal human, I also want to have it. I hope in the future I will have a happy family, great job, enjoyable life, and everything that's nice... . :) LOL.... :)

4. Graduate from High School as soon as possible

I don't know why but now I just feel that I am really bored with high-school. I really wanna graduate quickly (I know this can't be happened because I must follow the stream....). Probably because it will only be about 3 or 4 months more to study in high-school. Right now at school we always have exercises to prepare ourselves having the final examination (UAN) next May. It's boring and also exhausting because everyday we only have exercise, exercise, and excercise.... :(

I know that one day I will miss my time in high-school (some people say that) because most people say that high-school time is the most beautiful time during our lifes.... . But this is what I really feel right now...

5. Travelling around the world

I love travelling... . I mean, if I have enough money, I think I will spend it to go on travelling, he3... :). I hope someday I can make this comes true... :)


Well, finally my homework is finished!!! Yaaayyy.... :) :) :). Now, I have to pass this homework to some other people, and those lucky people are: Mr. Hendri Bun, Angel a.k.a Nathania, Mr. Danny, Mrs. Yulia, and Christy. Good luck with your homework, LOL... :) :) :)

I was just trying to be kind, but.....

Last week my class had a chemistry assignment. We worked in the lab and we had to make the analysis about it. I handed mine in on Tuesday last week and last Wednesday (2 days ago) my teacher had already checked and marked them and then she gave them back to us. I was surprised that my score was reduced.... . Why?? Here the story is....

On Thursday last week, my friend borrowed my assingment's file (I had already handed mine in on Tuesday, so he was late). He said that he wanted to use mine as one of his reference. As a good friend, I trusted on him and lend my file. But I had said to him not to just copy mine because it would not be good and he agreed that.

But in fact, he copied some parts of my assignment (he copied some pics that I created on the computer, because he couldn't make them by himself, then he just copied mine). Unfortunately, my teacher found mine and him were the same and then she wrote a note:"Why is it similar to him?" on my assignment, then I realized that my score had been reduced... . Arrrggghhhh... . Then, I explained to my teacher and she just said, "Oh, so it's not your fault...". But she didn't do anything beside that (I mean she didn't change my score after she know the fact).

So, it means that sometimes we have to be kind, but in other situations we can't do that because it doesn't work.... :( :(

Minggu lalu kelasku dapet tugas kimia. Kita kerja di lab dan harus bikin analisa tentang kerjaan itu. Aku ngumpulin punyaku Selasa minggu lalu dan Rabu kemarin (2 hari yang lalu) guruka sudah selesai mengecek dan ngasih nilai dan dia membaginya ke anak-anak. Aku kaget bahwa nilaiku udah dikurangi... . Kenapa?? Beginilah ceritanya....

Hari Kamis minggu lalu temenku pinjem file tugasku (aku udah ngumpulin Selasanya, jadi dia terlambat gitu). Dia ngomong kalo katanya dia mau pake punyaku sebagai referensinya. Sebagai temen yang baik aku kan percaya sama dia dan minjemin aja fileku. Tapi aku dah bilang ke dia untuk nggak cuma mengkopi punyaku soalnya itu nggak bakalan bagus dan dia udah setuju sama hal itu.

Tetapi kenyataannya, dia mengkopi beberapa bagian dari tugasku (dia mengkopi beberapa gambar yang aku buat di komputer, karena dia nggak bisa bikin sendiri, jadinya dia cuma mengkopi aja punyaku). Trus sayangnya guruku menemukan kalo punyaku sama punyanya dia trus guruku nulis catetang:"Koq sama sih sama punyanya dia?" di tugasku, trus aku menyadari kalo nilaiku udah dikurangi. Arrrggghhhh... . Trus, aku menjelaskan ke guruku dan dia bilang,"Oh, bukan kesalahanmu donk...". Tapi dia nggak melakukan apa-apa lagi selain itu (maksudku dia nggak ngganti nilaiku habis tau kenyataannya).

Jadi, ini berarti bahwa kadang-kadang kita harus bersikap baik, tapi di situasi lain nggak bisa soalnya baik nggak kerja... :( :(

Wednesday and 10,000!!!

This Wednesday was a quite exhausting day for me. At school today I got a physics exam about Particle Wave Dualism. It was all essay exam. However, I think there was a mistake on the question number 2 so we couldn't find the numerical answer of it. When I asked my teacher about it, she said it was correct!! Hmm... . I was confused then.... .

Today is also the first day of Lent (The Ash Wednesday >> I don't really know the English for it... :D). We had a liturgy at school this morning for 1 hour and I got ash put on my forehead.

Afterschool this afternoon, I went to EF to do an interview to a teacher there. Actually we get an assignment from our English teacher to interview foreigners in Yogyakarta and one of the most the easiest place to find them is at EF... :). I was in a hurry because (I think) my teammates couldn't decide which thing is more important for them. Here is the story: At 13.40 PM this afternoon, my school's basketball supporters went to Solo to support my school's team which had a (national) match there by bus. I know they probably really wanted to watch and support my school team, but I think they should also count the time. Lessons ended at 12.50 and they had to go at 13.40. We only had 50 minutes. In fact, we also spent our time on the way to EF (2 ways) so the time remains was only around 20 minutes... . So, we were in a hurry this afternoon. Luckily, it was okay and there was no problem...

At 4 PM, I finally went to the gym again after being absent for week and week. Then, I got back home at 6 PM and then I had dinner and watched tv. Afetr that I studied for biology and physics exams tomorrow. Tonight I wanna watch American Idol 2006... :)

O yes, finally today the visitor number of my blog reaches 10,000!!! Thanks to all of you who always support and visit my blog... :) And keep on visiting, ok? :)

Hari Rabu ini adalah hari yang lumayan bikin capek buat aku. Di sekolah hari ini aku ulangan fisika tentang Dualisme Gelombang Partikel. Tadi tuh ulangannya essay smua soalnya. Tapi, menurutku ada soal yang salah pada soal nomer 2 jadinya kita nggak bisa menemukan jawaban yg berupa angka dari soal itu. Trus waktu aku tanya ke gurunya tentang itu, katanya soalnya bener!! Hmm... . Aku bingung deh..... .

Hari ini juga adalah hari pertama masa Pra - Paskah (Rabu Abu). Jadi kita ada misa di sekolah siang ini selama 1 jam dan aku mendapatkan abu ditempelin di dahiku.

Habis sekolah siang ini, aku pergi ke EF untuk wawancara seorang guru disana. Sebenernya tuh kita dapet tugas dari guru Bahasa Inggris untuk mewawancarai orang asing yang ada di Yogyakarta dan salah satu tempat termudah untuk menemukan mereka kan di EF... :). Aku tadi juga keburur-buru soalnya (menurutku) temen sekelompokku nggak bisa memutuskan mana yang lebih penting buat mereka. Begini ceritanyaL Jam 13.40 siang tadi tuh team suporter basket sekolahku mau berangkat ke Solo untuk mendukung team basket sekolahku yang akan menghadapi pertandingan (nasional) disana naik bis. Aku tahu mungkin mereka bener-bener pingin untuk nonton dan mendukung team sekolahku, tetapi kan harusnya mereka bisa lebih menghitung waktu gitu. Pelajaran selesai jam 12.50. Jadi, waktu yang tersedia cuma 50 menit. Pada kenyataannya, kita kan juga menghabiskan waktu di jalan kan? Jadinya yang tersisa ya cuma 20 menit... . Jadinya, kita keburu-buru siang ini. Untungnya semua ok2 aja dan nggak ada masalah...

Jam 4 sore ini akhirnya aku pergi ke gym lagi setelah absen selama berminggu-minggu. Trus, aku pulang jam 6 sore trus makan malem sama nonton tv, habis itu aku belajar buat ulangan fisika sama biologi besok. Nanti malem aku pingin nonton American Idol 2006.... :)

Oh iya, akhirnya jumlah pengunjung blogku mencapai 10.000!!! Makasih untuk semua yang sudah selalu mendukung dan mengunjungi blogku... :) Dah terus berkunjung yach... :)
