Last night, the finale episode of The Amazing Race 10 was aired.

All teams had to leave Palau Nacional de Montjuic 12 hours after they checked-in and headed to Sagrada Familia to find the next clue. Then, they had to travel to Paris, France. Tyler&James and Rob&Kim took a flight to Charles de Gaulle International Airport, Paris at the 2 earliest flights (Vueling (Rob&Kim) at 6 AM and Air France (Tyler&James) 7.05 AM). The Bamas (Lyn&Karlyn) took Iberia flight to Orly International Airport, Paris (which is closer to the city of Paris) at 7.25 AM. The Bamas' strategy worked, they arrived first at Eiffel Tower, where they found the next clue. Then, they had to travel to the city of Caen and did Road-Block Task. One member had to do a tandem sky-dive 13,000 feet above the ground and the other team-member would get a surprising nose-dive. Team then had to travel back to Paris and go to Plaza de La Concorde to find the next clue. They apparently had to do Detour task, they had to choose between "Art" and "Fashion". All teams chose "Fashion" where they had to create a jacket for a mannequin. In France, the competition was very neck to neck, and the position was very very fluctuate.

Then, they had to fly to the last destination, New York, USA. Here, Bamas made a mistake, they went to Orly Airport, where other teams made their way to Charles de Gaulle Airport. There was NO direct flight to New York from Orly Airport, and Bamas had to turn back to Charles de Gaulle. Rob&Kim were able to get 2 seats to New York in the earliest flight to JFK while Tyler&James and Bamas were in the waiting list. Rob&Kim had been sure about their victory. However, on the very very last minute, Tyler&James got the seats!! They and Rob&Kim were neck to neck then and for sure, the Bamas were unofficially out of the race, they were left behind and the race was between Tyler&James and Rob&Kim. In New York, Tyler&James and Rob&Kim was battling on the taxi race, and Tyler&James won because their cab had a E-Z Pass, while Rob&Kim's didn't and had to pay cash at the toll gate. Tyler&James arrived first at The News Building and found out that they had to walk 2 miles on foot to The Alamo where a girl would hand them their next clue. The next clue stated that they needed to travel 56 miles out of New York to Garrison and found the St. Basil Academy where they would check in at the finish line. The competition was still pretty close between Tyler&James and Rob&Kim, but the slight benefit they got because of the E-Z Pass brought them first. Tyler&James were the first team to arrive and won USD 1,000,000. Rob&Kim were second and of course, Lyn&Karlyn were the third. And that's all the tenth season of The Amazing Race. Btw, at the finish line, beside the host, Phil Keoghan, all 9 eliminated teams (in elimination order >> Bilal&Sa'eed; Vipul&Arti; Kellie&Jamie; Duke&Laureen; Tom&Terry; Peter&Sarah; David&Mary; Erwin&Godwin; and Dustin&Kandice) were also waiting for the final three... .

Well, poor Bamas, they were in the final three but they brought no single prize home beside the pride of completing all legs of The Amazing Race 10 and also be the first all-female team to make it to the final three >> take a look at the table below.

Semua team meninggalkan Palau Nacional de Montjuic 12 jam setelah mereka sampai dan langsung menuju ke Sagrada Familia untuk menemukan petunjuk selanjutnya. Trus, mereka harus pergi ke Paris, Perancis. Tyler&James dan Rob&Kim mengambil penerbangan ke Bandara Internasional Charles de Gaulle, Paris pada 2 penerbangan paling awal (Vueling (Rob&Kim) jam 6 sama Air France (Tyler&James) jam 7.05 pagi). Sementara tim Alabama (Lyn&Karlyn) mengambil penerbangan Iberia ke Bandara Internasional Orly, Paris (yang lebih dekat ke Kota Paris) jam 7.25 pagi. Strategi Alabama ternyata berhasil, mereka sampai duluan di Menara Eiffel, dimana mereka menemukan petunjuk selanjutnya. Lalu, mereka harus pergi ke Kota Caen dan melakukan tugas Road-Block. Satu anggota harus melakuan tandem sky-dive (terjun payung) 13.000 kaki dari tanah sementara satu yang lainnya akan mendapatkan tukikan yang mengagetkan. Kemudian mereka harus balik lagi ke Paris dan pergi ke Plaza de La Concorde untuk menemukan petunjuk selanjutnya. Mereka ternyata harus melakukan tugas Detour, mereka harus memilih diantara "Art" atau "Fashion". Semua tim memilih "Fashion" dimana mereka harus membuat jaket untuk dipakaikan pada patung manekin. Di Perancis, persaingannya ketat banget dan kedudukannya juga fluktuatif sekali.

Trus, mereka harus terbang ke tujuan akhir mereka, New York, USA. Disini, Alabama membuat kesalahan, mereka pergi ke Bandara Orly, sementara tim lain pergi ke Bandara Charles de Gaulle. Ternyata NGGAK ada penerbangan langsung dari Bandara Orly ke JFK, dan mereka harus balik ke Charles de Gaulle. Rob&Kim bisa mendapatkan 2 tiket ke New York pada penerbangan paling pagi ke JFK sementara Tyler&James dan Alabama ada dalam waiting list. Rob&Kim sudah yakin akan kemenangan mereka. Namun pada saat-saat yang sangat terakhir, Tyler&James berhasil mendapatkan kursinya!! Mereka dan Rob&Kim jadi bersaing ketat dan tentu saja, tim Alabama secara nggak langsung udah keluar dari show, mereka ketinggalan di belakang dan pertandingan adalah antara Tyler&James dan Rob&Kim. Di New York, Tyler&James dan Rob&Kim bertempur dalam pertandingan taksi, dan Tyler&James menang karena taksi mereka mempunyai E-Z Pass, sementara taksinya Rob&Kim engga dan mereka harus membayar cash di gerbang tol. Tyler&James sampai pertama di Gedung News dan menemukan petunjuk bahwa mereka harus berjalan 2 mil ke The Alamo, disana seorang perempuan akan memberikan mereka petunjuk selanjutnya. Petunjuk berikutnya menunjukkan bahwa mereka harus pergi sejauh 56 mil keluar New York menuju Garrison dan menemukan St. Basil Academy dimana mereka akan sampai di garis finish. Kompetisi masih lumayan ketat antara Tyler&James dan Rob&Kim. Tetapi keuntungan tipis yang mereka dapatkan karena E-Z Pass membawa mereka menjadi yang pertama. Tyler&James adalah team pertama yang sampai dan memenangkan hadiah 1.000.000 dollar, Rob&Kim adalah yang kedua, dan tentu saja Lyn&Karlyn adalah yang ketiga. Dan itulah musim kesepuluh dari The Amazing Race. Btw, di garis finish, selain pembawa acara, Phil Keoghan, semua 9 tim yang sudah tereliminasi (urut berdasarkan eliminasi >> Bilal&Sa'eed; Vipul&Arti; Kellie&Jamie; Duke&Laureen; Tom&Terry; Peter&Sarah; David&Mary; Erwin&Godwin; dan Dustin&Kandice) juga menunggu untuk tiga besar... .

Hmm, kasihan Alabama, mereka sampai di tiga besar tetapi mereka nggak membawa hadiah pulang kecuali kebanggaan sudah menyelesaikan semua tahapan dari The Amazing Race 10 juga menjadi tim semua-wanita pertama yang masuk ke 3 besar >> lihat deh tabelnya di atas.
