ENGLISHOkay, the result of American Idol 2008 has been announced, and the first four contestants to leave the show are Garrett Haley, Amy Davis, Joanne Borgella, and Colton Berry. Anyway, as you can read here, my prediction was 25% correct. Actually twas 50% since I wanted to predict Garrett Haley but then because I was a bit confused with some contestants so I wrote Robbie Carrico, hahaha... . Anyway, I have no problem with all four contestants leaving the show. However, I'm a bit disappointed seeing Joanne leaving since I think she's a good singer (based on clips of her Hollywood Week and audition). She just picked the wrong song choice, hmmm....Yeah, it's weekend!! Some burdens can be left for a while, all tasks are done!! Yeaahh!!! Anyway, this weekend I'm going to a TA ("Temu Akrab"), just like last year. This year, my class is the official. So I won't surf the net starting this afternoon until tomorrow afternoon, hehehe.... :)

BAHASA INDONESIAOke, hasil dari American Idol 2008 udah diumumin deh, dan empat peserta pertama yang tereliminasi adalah Garrett Haley, Amy Davis, Joanne Borgella, dan Colton Berry. Seperti yang bisa dibaca disini, tebakan saya 25% tepat deh. Sebenernya sih 50% soalnya aku mau memprediksi Garrett Haley tuh maksudnya, tapi berhubung aku rada bingung dan masih kebalik-balik antara beberapa kontestan, makanya yang ketulis malah Robbie Carrico, hahaha... . Ngomong2, aku ga ada masalah sih dengan semua 4 peserta yang tereliminasi. Hanya saja ya agak kecewa aja tuh melihat Joanne pergi soalnya aku rasa dia sebenernya sih bagus (berdasarkan klip minggu Hollywood dan audisinya). Cuma sayang, salah pilih lagu aja dia, hmmm.... Yeah, sekarang adalah weekend!! Beberapa beban bisa ditinggalkan sejenak, semua tugas sudah selesai!! Yeaahh!!! Ngomong2, wiken ini aku akan pergi ikutan TA ("Temu Akrab"), ya kaya tahun lalu gitu. Tahun ini angkatanku dah panitianya. Jadi, aku ga akan internetan deh kayanya mulai siang ini sampe siang besok, hehehe.... :)
ENGLISHFinally this week American Idol 7 starts with the top 24 performances, hehe... :) Overall, well, noone was very outstanding for me, hmmm... . Honestly, noone was just as great as LaKisha Jones when she was on the top 24 last season singing "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going". At that time she was great (twas even her best performance).However, this season some contestants are actually really great but they just didn't really bring it on, probably because of the theme (60s, hmmm). Overall, I think the boys and the girls are somewhat even (not like last year where the gals were far better than the guys). The gals this season so far are still better than the boys tho, but not that 'far', hehe... ;)Top 12 BoysThe two best performances were David Archuleta's and Michael Johns' (for me). Some other contestants were overrated I think, named Danny Noriega and Jason Castro. Hmmmm.... .Who I think will be going home? I guess the two contestants who are gonnabe eliminated this week are Robbie Carrico and Luke Mennard, hmmm... .Top 12 GalsI think the best two performances were Ramiele Malubay's and Syesha Mercado's. Some other were also good, named Carly Smithson (Simon was rite, she had a lil' trouble with her miking, I dunno why Randy didn't agree with Simon on that. Once during her performance she pulled it too far...), Brooke White, and Alaina Whitaker. About Asia'h Epperson's performance, I dunno why but I think twas a bit overrated, hmmm, she's good tho.I think the bottom two gals will be Amy Davis and Kristy Lee Cook (wah, Kristy is actually pretty, haha... :D)

Jujur nih, nggak ada yang sememukau LaKisha Jones waktu dia di top 24 musim lalu nyanyiin "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going". Pada waktu itu dia bener2 oke banget deh (malah penampilan terbaiknya tuh).Namun, musim ini sebenernya beberapa kontestan bagus sih, cuma nggak maksimal aja deh nyanyinya, mungkin karena temanya kali yah (lagi tahun 60an, hmmmm). Secara keseluruhan sih menurutku yang laki2 sama perempuan agak seimbang deh (ga kaya tahun lalu dimana yang perempuan jauh lebih baik dari yang laki2). Yang perempuan musim ini sejauh ini lebih bagus sih dari yang cowo, tp ga 'sejauh' itu, hehe... ;)Top 12 Laki2Dua penampilan terbaik menurutku penampilannya David Archuleta sama Michael Johns deh (untuk saya). Beberapa kontestan lain sih dinilai terlalu bagus tuh, mislnya Danny Noriega dan Jason Castro. Hmmmmm.... .Siapa menurutku yang akan tereliminasi? Aku kalo nebak sih kayanya ya Robbie Carrico sama Luke Mennard deh, hmmmm... .Top 12 PerempuanAku rasa dua penampilan terbaik adalah Ramiele Malubay dan Syesha Mercado tuh. Beberapa yang lain bagus juga, misalnya Carly Smithson (Simon bener deh, ada dikit masalah sama teknik miking-nya dia, gatau kenapa koq Randy ga setuju sama Simon. Sekali di penampilannya mike-nya ditarik agak kejauhan tuh, akibatnya suaranya 'hilang'...), Brooke White, dan Alaina Whitaker. Tentang penampilan Asia'h Epperson, gatau napa tapi kayanya agak terlalu berlebihan deh komentarnya, hmmm, tapi sebenernya lumayan juga sih dia.Aku rasa dua terbawahnya adalah Amy Davis dan Kristy Lee Cook (ah, tapi Kristy cantik sih, hehe... :D)

O yea, anyway, I have finished 3 out of 4 assignments for this week, yee haa, haha... :) Anyway, lately Bandung is still so chilly, brrr...Btw, as you can read here, I noticed a phenomenon on my blog after the finale of TARA 2, haha... . Okay, I have done a simple research using my Google Analytics database. Guess what?? Here are the results:Friday, 15th February 2008 is the day with most unique visitors for my blog (since 18th February 2007 until 18th February 2008)! haha... . And it was 1 day after the finale of TARA 2. And Thursday, 14 February 2008 is day with the second to most uniques visitors! wow!! To strengthen this hypotheses (TARA 2 finale raised the visitor of my blog), I also look at the keywords data (from the search engine) for the last 1 week (11th February 2008 until 18th February 2008). Apparently the top 12 (why top 12? Because the top 12 keywords were used more than once) keywords are all related to TARA 2, hahaha... :) Well, 'apparently', out of the last 1 year, Friday 15th February 2008 was also the day with the most keywords-visitors (from the search engine) and it really peaked. Plus, the top 4 keywords of the least 1 year are all related to TARA 2, hahaha... :) All datas can be seen on the 4 graphics below.Hahaha... . Anyway, GA rocks!! It's SO cool!! hehehe...Anyway, yeah, this week American Idol starts!! Great!!

ENGLISHArrgghhh, this weekend I can't really enjoy it because I have a lot of assignments to deal with, dang it. I have 2 assignments to submit next Tuesday and another 2 at Thursday, grr.... . SO far I have done the 2 assignments for Tuesday, haha... :) I still need to revise them a bit tho. Btw, lately Bandung is extremely chilly, especially last Friday. Brrr, it was so chilly even at 11 AM!! Wah!!Btw, last Thursday TARA 2 ended (but still there will be 1 more episode to go, TARA 2: Memories which is gonnabe aired next Thursday). There was a phenomenon on my blog, haha... :) I'll write it later after exercising more advance research (lol). Anyway, finally now I activate my Facebook account, haha... . At first I don't have the "push" to join Facebook because not so many friends and people in Indonesia use it (just like Myspace). However, after reading all comments inside TARA Forum, I finally have the "push" to join since many racers and friends from other countries use their Facebook Accounts more frequently than Friendster, haha.... :) Okay, so I am now a newbie in Facebook.My posting about the finale of TARA 2 can be read hereBAHASA INDONESIAArrgghhh, weekend ini kaga bisa bener2 saya nikmati nih soale ada banyak banget tugas yang mesti dikerjakan, sialan. Btw, akhir-akhir ini Bandung dingin banget loh, terutama Jumat kemarin. Brrr, dingin banget tuh bahkan ketika sudah jam 11 siang!! Wah!!Btw, Kamis kemarin kan TARA 2 selesai tuh (tapi masih ada 1 episode lagi sih, TARA 2: Memoirs yang akan ditayangkan besok Kamis). Ada fenomena loh di blog saya, haha... :) Akan aku tulis kemudian deh setelah melakukan penelitian yang lebih jauh (halah, lol). Anyway, sekarang akhirnya saya mengaktifkan akun Facebook-ku loh, haha... . Pertamanya nggak ada "dorongan" dalam diri untuk gabung ke Facebook soalnya banyak temen dan orang di Indonesia kan nggak banyak2 amat yang pake (kaya Myspace gitu). ENGLISHOn the last leg of The Amazing Race Asia 2, all teams left the pitstart 12 hours after they reached the pitstop. Marc & Rovilson (MR) were first and they gotta go back to Cape Town. They gotta go to District Six Museum and enter the original name of the District Six as a password on a laptop to retrieve the next clue. A Detour was up next, they gotta choose between SEARCH or ASSEMBLE. In Search they gotta find 3 specific gemstones out of thousands of gemstones. In Assemble they gotta assemble a traditional South African wire-frame radio. At first MR chose Search but then changed Detour to Assemble. Adrian & Collin (AC) chose Search and Pamela & Vanessa (PV) chose Assemble. After the Detour, they gotta go to Green Point Common and score 3 goals. Then, they went to Atlantis Dunes. They gotta drive a quad-bikes and and find a hidden clue. There were 18 possible places, 17 of them were traps and there were an hourglass in each of the trap. If they found it, they gotta flipped the hourglass and waited until all the sand went down. MR found first but then tried to trick AC by pretending to get 'yielded' by the hourglass. After that, they went to Cape Point to get the next clue. MR made a mistake on Cape Point, they went down instead of went up. There, they found out that they gotta go to the final destination country: Singapore.As predicted before, the flight from Cape Town to Singapore became an equalizer, haha... . In Singapore, MR managed to pass AC. AC were left behind (eventho Singapore was their homecountry) because they didn't ask their taxi to wait for them. MR arrived first at the Roadblock. In this roadblock that team member must pick flags of countries they had visited and put them in order of their visit. Rovilson did the roadblock (its his turn). Then, PV came. Vanessa did the roadblock. AC then came and Adrian did it. Rovilson and Vanessa had hard time in setting the flags while it was so easy for Adrian. Easily, he managed to pass Rovilson and Vanessa. Shortly after, Vanessa finished the task. After that they gotta dash to the finish line, the Chinese Garden. On the finish line, all eliminated teams (Edwin & Monica, Brett & Kinaryosih, Sophie & Aurelia, Daichi & Sawaka, Henry & Terri, Paula & Natasha, and Ann & Diane) had been waiting and cheering. And the winner of TARA 2 is: Adrian & Collin from Singapore!! Clearly, Pamela & Vanessa were 2nd and Marc & Rovilson were third.Haha, this was the worst leg for Marc & Rovilson. Third (#3) was their WORST placement on the whole season of TARA 2 and it happened on the last leg! What an irony (usually they were #1 on #2, even they were first EIGHT times, and SEVEN of them were consecutive!!). I think it's destined for them to be #3. I mean, it was all determined by a single roadblock. MR always did the roadblock with a PATTERN : Marc - Rovilson - Marc - Rovilson - and so on. If Rovilson had done the first roadblock, Marc would have been the one who did the last roadblock. Marc is smart on geography and if he had done the roadblock, MR would have won! The only way to change the pattern is by winning the FF. Guess what? Adrian & Collin took the only FF!! Wah!!FYI : starting TAR 6, a person can only complete 6 roadblocks at maximumAnyway, the final roadblock was VERY SIMILAR with the final roadblock of TAR 9. Coincidentally, alpha-males teams in both season (Eric & Jeremy, Marc & Rovilson) fell behind because of that roadblock! Whatta irony!! (Eric & Jeremy also got passed by BJ & Tyler on that roadblock, actually Eric & Jeremy were first on the roadblock!!). Hmmm....Who do I wish to have won TARA 2? Hmm, I dunno if I gotta pick from these top 3, I'm happy if any of them won. But if I can choose from all contestants, I gotta say Paula & Natasha!! hehehe.... :D

::: all teams of TARA 2 at the final pitstopBAHASA INDONESIADi babak terakhir dari The Amazing Race Asia 2, semua tim meninggalkan pitstart 12 jam setelah mereka tiba di pitstop. Marc & Rovilson (MR) adalah tim pertama yg berangkat dan mereka harus balik ke Cape Town. Mereka mesti pergi ke Museum Distrik Enam dan masukin nama asli dari Distrik Enam sebagai password di laptop supaya dapet petunjuk selanjutnya. Sebuah Detour muncul, mereka harus memilih di antara SEARCH atau ASSEMBLE. Di Search mereka harus menemukan 3 batu spesifik dari ribuan batu yang ada. Di Assemble mereka harus merakit sebuag radio wire-frame tradisional Afrika Selatan. Pertamanya MR milih Search tapi trus ganti Detour ke Assemble. Adrian & Collin (AC) memilih Search sementara PV memilih Assemble. Setelah Detour mereka mesti pergi ke Green Point Common dan mencetak 3 gol. Trus mereka pergi ke Atlantic Dunes. Mereka harus mengendarai sebuah quad-bikes dan menemukan petunjuk yg tersebunyi. Ada 18 alternatif tempat, 17 di antaranya adalah jebakan dan terdapat jam pasir di masing2 jebakan. Kalo mereka dapet jam pasir mereka harus berhenti dan membalik tuh jam dan menunggu sampe semua pasirnya turun. MR menemukan clue pertama tapi mereka mencoba mengecoh AC dengan cara2 berpura2 kena 'yield' dari jam pasir itu. Habis itu mereka mesti ke Cape Point untuk petunjuk selanjutnya. Disana MR membuat kesalahan dengan pergi ke bawah padahal harusnya ke atas. Disana mereka mengetahui bahwa mereka harus pergi ke tujuan akhir: Singapore. Seperti yang telah diprediksi sebelumnya, penerbangan dari Cape Town ke Singapore menjadi sebuah equalizer, haha... . Di Singapore, MR berhasil nyalip AC. Malah AC ketinggalan bgt tu (padahal Singapore kan negara asal mereka) gara2 mereka nggak nyuruh taksi mereka nunggu. MR sampe pertama di MR Roadblock. Di roadblock ini mereka harus mengambil bendera dari negara2 yg telah mereka kunjungi sebelumnya dan menyusunnya sesuai urutan yang mereka kunjungi. Rovilson melakukan roadblock (gilirannya). Kemudian PV datang dan Vanessa melakukan roadblock. Kemudian AC datang dan Adrian yg melakukan roadblock. Rovilson & Vanessa menemui kesulitan dalam melakukan roadblock sementara roadblock-nya gampang bgt buat Adrian. Dengan mudah dia nyalip Rovilson & Vanessa. Beberapa menit kemudian Vanessa selesai. Habis itu mereka harus pergi ke garis finish, di Chinese Garden. Di garis finish, semua tim yg telat tereliminasi (Edwin & Monica, Brett & Kinaryosih, Sophie & Aurelia, Daichi & Sawaka, Henry & Terri, Paula & Natasha, dan Ann & Diane) sudah menunggu dan menyemangati mereka. Dan pemenang TARA 2 adalah: Adrian & Collin dari Singapore!! Jelas, Pamela & Vanessa nomer 2 dan Marc & Rovilson nomer 3. Haha, ini adalah babak terjelek bagi Marc & Rovilson. Posisi 3 adalah posisi terjelek mereka sepanjang 1 musim TARA 2 dan itu kejadiannya di babak terakhir! Ironis banget yah (biasanya mereka nomer 1 ato nomer 2, malah mereka nomer 1 DELAPAN kali dan TUJUH di antaranya berturutan!!!). Aku rasa mereka emang sih ditakdirkan jadi nomer 3, soale kan MR selalu menggunakan pola : Marc - Rovilson - Marc - Rovilson - dst dalam melakukan roadblock. Kalo saja Rovilson yg melakukan roadblock pertama, Marc-lah yg harus melakukan roadblock terakhir. Marc kan pinter dalam geografi tuh dan kalo dia yg melakukan roadblock, MR pasti udah menang deh. Satu2nya cara untuk mengubah pola adalah dengan memenangkan FF tp gimana? Adrian & Collin mengambil FF!! Wah!! FYI : mulai TAR 6, 1 orang hanya boleh melakukan maksimal 6 roadblock dalam 1 musim.Ngomong2, roadblock terakhirnya SANGAT MIRIP SEKALI dengan roadblock terakhir dari TAR 9 loh. Kebetulan juga, tim alpha-males dari kedua musim (Eric & Jeremy, Marc & Rovilson) juga jatuh pada roadblock ini! Ironis banget!! (Eric & Jeremy disalip BJ & Tyler kan juga gara2 tuh roadblock padahal Eric & Jeremy yg sampe duluan di roadblock!!). Hmmm....Siapa yg aku harap memenangkan TARA 2?? Hmm, gatau deh kalo dari top 3 ini, aku sih seneng2 aja kalo siapapun yg menang. Tapi kalo dari semua kontestan, jelas Paula & Natasha!! hehehe.... :D

ENGLISHHaha, now I'm back in Bandung again.Anyway, finally last Saturday I ate Bakso Cornelan, hehe.... :) I really like it. Actually on Sunday (20/01) evening I went there but it had been sold out! Grrr.... . It is really really delicious, hehe... . The last time I ate it was at this time. Actually on Saturday my friends also asked me to go to Salatiga, but I didn't go. A story about it will be written later, on the private blog... ;)Sunday was an exhausting day. I got up at 6.15 AM and went to the church for the 7 AM mass liturgy with my mom and my bwo. After that, we had breakfast at Soto Kridosono (Pak Parmo). Then, we went back home, I continued my sleep for 2 hours but unfortunately I had bad dreams, grrr.... . At 12 PM my friend came, then at 1.20 PM we went to Soto Sawah. The last time I ate at Soto Sawah was at this time. Then, we went to Togamas Bookstore (I bought 2 comics and until now I haven't finished reading it, dang, haha). After that we went to Galeria Mall and at 5 PM we went back home. At 7 PM, the electricity went off again! Arrrggghhhh, dang it. PLN Yogyakarta really sucks. I decided to go to Malioboro Mall rather than staying at the dark house, haha... . At 9.30 PM I went back home and at 10.30 PM my parents brought me to Jogjakarta Tugu Railway Station. At 11 PM Turangga Express arrived at the #3 platform. At 11.10 PM, the train departed (it was on time, nice...). This morning it arrived in Bandung at 6.28 AM, only 9 minutes late from the schedule. Well, I think The Train Company has worked so hard on this, 9 minutes late can be considered as good for trains in Indonesia, rite? hehe... ;) However, I still couldn't sleep well on the train... :(

::: Inside Turangga ExpressBAHASA INDONESIAHaha, sekarang udah balik di Bandung lagi nih. Ngomong2, akhirnya Sabtu kemarin aku makan Bakso Cornelan deh, hehe.... :) Aku bener2 suka tuh, enak banget loh. Sebenernya Minggu (20/01) malem aku udah kesana tapi udah habis! Grrr.... . Uenak banget deh pokoknya, hehe... . Terakhir kali aku makan disana tuh adalah pada waktu ini. Sebenernya Sabtu kemarin temenku ngajak pergi ke Salatiga, tapi aku gak pergi. Cerita tentang ini akan ditulis kemudian, di blog private deh.... ;) Minggu kemarin tu melelahkan deh. Aku bangun jam 6.15 pagi dan pergi ke gereja buat ikutan misa yang jam 7 pagi tuh bareng sama mamaku dan adikku. Trus habis misa kita makan pagi di Soto Kridosono (Pak Parmo). Trus balik deh dan aku melanjutkan tidur saya selama 2 jam yang sayangnya malah mendapatkan mimpi buruk, grrr.... . Jam 12 siang temenku dateng, dan jam 1.20 siang kita pergi makan deh di Soto Sawah. Aku terakhir kali makan Soto Sawah ya pada waktu ini. Trus kita pergi ke Toko Buku Togamas (aku beli 2 buah komik yang malah sampe sekarang aja blom sempet nyelesein baca, sial, haha). Habis itu kita ke Galeria Mall dan jam 5 sore balik deh. Jam 7 malem, listriknya mati lagi! Arrrggghhhh, sialan tuh. PLN Yogyakarta bener2 menyebalkan. Aku memutuskan untuk pergi ke Malioboro Mall lah daripada tinggal di rumah yg lagi ga ada listrik, haha... . Jam 9.30 malem aku balik ke rumah dan jam 10.30 gitu papa sama mamaku nganterin aku ke Stasiun Kereta Api Tugu Jogjakarta deh. Jam 11 malem Kereta Ekspres Turangga tiba di jalur 3. Jam 11.10 malem keretanya berangkat (on time tuh, bagus...). Pagi ini keretanya sampe di Bandung jam 6.28 pagi, cuma 9 menit telat dari jadwal. Hmm, menurutku PT Kereta Api udah bekerja keras deh, telat 9 menit ya tergolong bagus lah untuk kereta di Indonesia, kan? hehe... ;) Tapi ya semalem gabisa tidur dengan nyaman ey di kereta... :(
